TOUR AND TASTE WITH US AS WE CELEBRATE OUR FOUNDING DECADE

Remember 1998? ... when Malivoire began:
“Saving Private Ryan” and “Armageddon” were the top seat-fillers at movie theatres.
TV screens were aglow with “Will and Grace” and “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?”
The first-ever strike by Air Canada pilots and the Lewinsky scandal were featured on the news.
“Believe” by Cher and “R” by R. Kelly led worldwide album sales.
Drivers enjoyed a budget break as the price of gasoline hovered between 50 and 60 cents per litre.
At a newly planted vineyard near the Niagara Peninsula village of Beamsville, a younger Martin Malivoire began construction of his distinctive multi-tiered winery.

In 2008 ...
This same winery has now been the cradle of ten vintages.
With two new medals from this year’s Ontario Wine Awards (Gold:  2006 Gewurztraminer and Bronze:  2005 Gamay) validating our growing experience, we’re inviting you to join us as we celebrate our successes.

On Saturday May 31st or Sunday June 1st, come to the winery and board the bus for an update on our certified organic vineyards and "New Release" wines.  Inside the winery, Chef Av Atikian from downtown Toronto’s Jam Café will prepare and present small-plated foods brilliantly matched with our Estate Chardonnay and our Gamay wines.  Rounding out your flavourful visit will be fresh breads from Pain Perdu bakery and a sampling of craft cheese from the Cheese Boutique, aged in Malivoire Melon by Finer Afrim Pristine.  We’ll even have a mandolin on hand so our multi-talented Chef can show you what he does when parted from his kitchen utensils.

As a member of our mailing list, admission is complimentary for you and your guests.  You need only call us Monday through Friday at 1-866-644-2244 to reserve your spaces. 

Please contact us early to be sure of getting the day and time of your choice. 

Hour-long tours begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. on Sunday, leaving every 30 minutes, with the final tour starting at 4:30p.m.  While there is no charge, a credit card number will be required to hold your reservation.

The full tour will involve walking and stair climbing. If, for health or other reasons you would prefer not to participate in the full tour, please advise us and we will be pleased to make acommodations for you.
