Malivoire’s 2009 Pulled Pork Challenge
Malivoire was the location for a culinary Throwndown between CBC Radio's Wine Critic Konrad Ejbich and the Food Network's Manic Organic Antony John - as the two vied for the title of Primo Porksmith. Ejbich and John prepared their own highly individual versions of the ever-popular pulled pork sandwich, much to the delight of customers who visited for our annual Spring Event. The outcome - too close to call!
