VQAThe gently fragrant nose of our 2008 offers apricot, tangerine and white jellybean. The off-dry palate, as usual, tingles with a playful hint of effervescence, with flavours reminiscent of peach and lime sherbet.

2008 Gewürztraminer
VQAAlthough its name is German, this wine has its roots in the Tyrollean Alps of Italy near the village of Tramin. The prefix Gewürz has the popular translation “spicy”, though many would argue it also means “perfumed.” Malivoire believes the latter. The bouquet sings of peach, apricot, ginger, and even baked apple. And the amber colour suggests a late afternoon “magic hour” light with its spectral glow in June... ahh! To be here, or there, is bliss.
