Noted CBC Radio wine commentator Konrad Ejbich has agreed to share this day with our visitors. When he learned that Food Network host Antony John (The Manic Organic) would demonstrate how to prepare the ultimate pulled pork sandwich, Konrad pronounced that he can whip up a pulled pork sandwich like nobody else. When word got back to Antony, our very own Pulled Pork Throwdown was born! Our special day has taken on a whole new spin with two proud personalities now vying to win the day as primo porksmith. The best part is, the judges will be you! Plan to be here this Saturday June 6th (no reservation necessary) between 10 am and 5 pm We will offer special tastings of our Ontario Wine Award-winning 2008 Gewurztraminer and 2007 Gamay. This will also be your one-andonly chance to taste and buy the few remaining cases of our 2007 Mottiar Pinot Noir, from winemaker Shiraz Mottiar’s home vineyard.
