"Complex, medium-bodied wine with apricot, coconut and pear aromas. Well-integrated oak flavour with a streak of minerality. Food pairing: Grilled pork chops with pommery mustard sauce."

"**** This fresh and fleshy Chardonnay seems to signal a shift in style for Malivoire. While this estate-bottled wine is still a bigger style of Chardonnay, it carries itself with more fruit intensity and vitality than past efforts. A taster praised this wine's "razor-sharp" personality, which combines luscious texture and weight with lemon peel, melon and oak-derived flavours. A small percentage of Pinot Gris was added to the finished wine, which is a combination of barrel fermented and stainless steel fermented batches."

"A truly hand-crafted wine, this Chardonnay was hand picked and underwent weekly stirring of the lees during its time in barrel. The result is a complex, medium-bodied wine with aromas and flavours of apricots, tropical fruit, coconut, and pear. It's well-balanced with a streak of minerality and well-integrated oak. Perfect match for stuffed pork tenderloin in a Dijon mustard sauce."
